* Volleyball – team MVP in 1997, Offensive MVP in 1996 and 97, Defensive MVP 1995 and 96, unanimous all-Northern Lakes Conference in 96 and 97

* College – four-year starter, four-year MVP in volleyball at Vanguard University of Southern California, career record-holder for spike kills and digs

* College – three-year starter in tennis, Coach’s Award in 2000, Golden State Athletic Conference Scholar Athlete in 2001 and 2002, NAIA Scholar Athlete in 2001 and 2002
