Kenneth “Kenny” BeMiller

Kenneth “Kenny” Bemiller, Jimtown High School (1950)

Kenny was a multi-sport star at Jimtown where he totaled nine varsity letters in basketball, baseball and track. In basketball he was the JHS free throw champion and leading scorer as a junior and senior. He was voted MVP his senior season when he scored in the top ten in Elkhart County. As a baseball player, he pitched four no-hitters in high school and American Legion and hit better than .300 most years. The shot put was his best event in track and field, where he set a county record and won the sectional as a senior and qualified for the state meet his junior and senior seasons. Ken also “ran some, high jumped, and long jumped.”
