* Swimming – First individual state champion in school history, led team to runnerup finish in 1996 IHSAA State Finals, four-time IHSAA state champion, 200 individual medley (1995, ’96), 200 medley relay (1995, 1996), three-time team MVP, two-time team captain, set 7 school records, won 11 Northern Lakes Conference titles, 9 sectional titles

* Winner of the IHSAA Herman F. Keller Mental Attitude award at State Meet

* College – The Ohio State University (2000), four-year letterwinner in swimming, three-time team MVP, two-time All-American and Academic All-American, two-time team captain, Big Ten Conference record-holder (400 medley relay, 1998), Big Ten runner up (200 IM, ’98), set 4 school records, scored in four Big Ten Conference championship meets

* Competed at USS Olympic Selection Meet (2000), won four medals at US Masters level, won four titles at Masters World Championships.
